How do I link my teen’s account?+
A parent creates a family group in the app, then sends an invite. The teen accepts from their own DashLog account.
How does location tracking work?+
Location is only shared with linked family members. Parents can see their teen’s live location during drives and receive arrival/departure alerts for saved places.
Which states are supported for DMV practice quizzes?+
DashLog currently covers 26 states with 1,400+ state-specific practice questions. More states are being added regularly.
How do I log a supervised drive?+
Parents start a drive session from the app. The drive is automatically tracked with GPS route, duration, and conditions. Parents can approve the session afterward.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → DashLog → Cancel Subscription. You’ll retain access through the end of your billing period.
Is my family’s data private?+
Yes. Location data is only visible to linked family members. We never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
